This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It describes what this site actually does, rather than covering things it does not do.

What we collect
We collect information in two situations.
When you send us a service request
Our contact form asks for your full name, phone number, full address, the service you need, your preferred day and time window, and a description of the problem. You type all of it yourself. We ask for the address because we need to confirm the property is somewhere we can actually reach.
When you simply visit
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary hosting activity and happens on essentially every website.
This site runs no analytics software, no advertising trackers and no social media pixels. We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot see which pages you read.
What we do with it
We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, carry out the work and keep normal business records. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead-generation companies. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you have asked us to.
Who else handles your information
A small number of services are involved in getting your message to us:
- FormSubmit processes the contact form and emails the contents to us. Your submission passes through their systems.
- Cloudflare provides our domain, DNS and email forwarding, and sits in front of the website. They may set security cookies and process IP addresses to protect the site from abuse.
- Our email provider stores the messages sent to our info@ address so we can read and reply to them.
Each of these companies has its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. It has no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Cloudflare may set cookies for security and bot protection as part of keeping the site online.
How long we keep it
We keep service enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, answer follow-up questions afterwards, and meet ordinary business and tax record requirements. Enquiries that never turn into a job are kept for a shorter period.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct something, or ask us to delete your details. Call (845) 375-3666 or email [email protected] and tell us what you would like us to do.
If you would rather not send anything through the website at all, just call us. The phone works perfectly well and we do not need a form to book a visit.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Where we link to another website, that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for how it handles your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
